Thank you for using A9ENT. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through the A9ENT platform.

A9ENT provides digital access to an online platform that allows users to create and manage digital business cards and professional profiles.

1. Nature of the Service

A9ENT is a digital subscription-based platform. When you purchase a plan, you are paying for access to the platform and its tools, including the ability to create and manage your digital card.

Because the service is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, refunds are generally not provided after purchase.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

If you cancel your subscription:

  • Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges are made after cancellation

Partial refunds for unused time within a billing period are not provided.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will review the issue and correct any verified billing errors.

4. Exceptional Refunds

In rare situations, refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of REAL EX GROUP, Inc. Each request is evaluated individually.
